Adjustable Bevel Angle

Easily adjust to any angle from zero to 60 degrees.

Micro Adjustable Milling Depth

The scale allows accurate, repeatable chamfer depth adjustment to a maximum chamfer height of 11 mm at 45°.

Precise Milling Control

The wide support deck combined with the guide rollers guarantees precise, consistent bevels and never gouges the surface like angle grinders do.

Twelve 4-Sided Carbide Inserts

The square carbide inserts have four cutting faces, and so each can be indexed four times.

Zero Degree (Facing Off) Capability

s a convenient feature for facing off and squaring plate edges.

Pipe Bevling Capability

The guide rollers can be mounted to the slotted tracks for precisely fitting to pipes in a range from 150 to 350 mm. An optional table plate is available for 350 up to 600 mm pipes.

Single-Phase AC Induction Motor

The 1.1 kW (1.5 HP) induction motor gives steady speed, provides long service life, and being brushless, is low maintenance.

Cold Milling Process

The cold milling process with carbide cutters is fast, dust-free, and does not induce heat into the workpiece. It is much superior to traditional angle grinding or oxy-acetylene cutting, which is difficult, inaccurate, and tedious to perform.

Ergonomic Handles

The handles allow the operator to accurately and comfortably guide the machine.
